Shipping policy

Orders and processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of original order date.

Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays where our local US Post Office is closed. 

International orders are shipped through Global Post.  Track - GlobalPost International (goglobalpost.com) 

A tracking # will be emailed to you when your order ships.  International Orders use this link to check the status of your order in-shipment. 

All International Orders must clear US Customs located in Illinois.  There may be a delay in shipping up to 7 business days when clearing US Custom Center. 

Please do NOT email us for tracking information when it's automatically emailed to you once the order has shipped. 

Once your order is in your country it is up-to your Post Office to update the record and that can take a few days to get into their system.

Your SPAM Folder may contain your email with the shipping/tracking info.
